A pillar to those around him – Pastor Gene Mullins has worked as a city police officer, a sheriffs’ deputy, a tactical swat officer and a police chaplain.  He has studied many years of Systematic Theology; was a student of Dr. Jay Adams.  He also has training in both Theocentric/Nouthetic counselling.  After pastoring for over 30 years and currently head of Wellspring Ministries of Hartville, Pastor Gene seeks to bring freedom and restoration to SRA victims, MPD/DID’s and those seeking freedom from any form of spiritual  bondage.  Through Pastor Genes’ biblically based Freedom Encounter format, many people have been set free; continuing to walk out their lives in victory and in peace.
